The school play, Dear edwina Jr., was performed on April 28th and 29th. The students did a fabulous job; it was a big hit! We thank the students, Mr. Grady, Mr. DeLibero, and Mrs. Sullivan for all their work in making the play possible. Thank you to all who attended!
The 3rd grade held their annual re-enactment of the Last Supper on Monday, April 3rd. Fr John performed a reading, washed the feet of the 12 Apostles, and helped serve the bread and “wine” (sparkling grape juice) to the children. It was a wonderful way for the students to experience the Last Supper.
The entire school joined together to practice the liturgical music this past Friday. Music Director, Scott Ness, had the whole school singing enthusiastically and thoroughly relishing in the words. The school also celebrated Red Sox opening day and dressed in their best Red Sox attire!
The fourth grade students recently had a field trip to the Boston Symphony Orchestra. The children were in awe of the performance and loved every minute of it! We thank the Boston Symphony Orchestra for generously donating the tickets, and the Catholic Schools Foundation for giving our students the opportunity to attend.
