ADMISSIONS POLICY

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for all grades Nursery to Grade 8; based on classroom seat availability. Admission is based on previous school records and an admission placement test. The student must demonstrate the ability to achieve academic, moral and social standards of our school. 

ADMISSIONS ONLINE

Welcome to Sacred Hearts School online Admissions. We are excited for your interest to send your child to our school for the 2024-2025 school year. We are proud of our students, faculty, and staff and what our school has to offer. Located in Bradford MA, families choose Sacred Hearts for its’ Catholic Identity, Faith Formation, Academic Excellence, and Sense of Community.

Our online Admissions checklist simplifies the process and provides families with convenient and simple steps to follow.

Complete this form and submit. This will add your child to our student Admissions dashboard. The office administrator will follow-up regarding the Admissions process, the online application instructions, and school visits.  

Step 2:

Online Application
All applicants approved for admission can apply online.  Create an application account username and password. Upon account creation, you will receive an email from the school containing a verification link. Click on the verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create a New Student Application for your child, complete and submit.

Admission Requirements:

The following documents are required and can be uploaded when completing the online application:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if baptized)
• Immunizations and most recent physical exam
• Application Fee $100 (non-refundable)

Nursery-Pre/K applicants: Ongoing admissions

Kindergarten applicants: Placement/screening springtime

Grades 1–8 applicants: Admission/acceptance is based on previous school records and an admission placement/screening test. The student must demonstrate the ability to achieve academic, moral, and social standards of our school. Final acceptance decision is made by the administration of the school.

The following documents required at the screening include: 

Copy of the most recent Report Card, Teacher Recommendation form, IEP and/or 504 form

Applicants are considered for acceptance in the following order:

• Sibling of a current student
• Current student of the SHS Early Childhood Center
• Child of registered Parishioner not currently enrolled
• Child of Non-Parishioner
