The Soles of Haverhill "Shoe-la-bration" was organized to capture the attention of both residents and tourists, celebrate history, and reflect the dynamic creative energies in our community. The hope is that this project will contribute to the economic development of the city, generate funding for non-profit organizations, increate synergy among the city's artistic and cultural assets, and bring positive, creative fun to the city.
