"I came to Sacred Hearts, my first Catholic school, in 5th grade. Since that time I find myself surrounded by people whom I want to be more like. I learn from my mistakes instead of repeating them. A simple word like 'respect' has grown to mean something to me. We learn to respect others, especially elders when we are younger, but now we know how important is to respect ourselves as well.
