Admission Policy
 

    Children seeking admission to Sacred Hearts School and Sacred Hearts Children's Center are asked to apply in late January/early February. Admission to Sacred Hearts School will then be considered according to following prioritized criteria:

1. The child of a parishioner* who has an older sibling currently in the school or who has graduated from Sacred Hearts School.

2. The child of a parishioner who has a sibling in the Sacred Hearts Children's Center.

3. The child of a parishioner who is the first in the family to attend school.

4. The child of a non-parishioner who has a sibling in the school at the time of application.

5. The child of a non-parishioner who is the first child in the family to attend school.

* A parishioner is defined as follows: One who is actively involved in Sacred Hearts Parish through prayer and weekly worship; regularly supporting the Parish through the use of weekly envelopes with a minimum annual contribution of $300 and a contribution to the Grand Annual Collection. A parishioner must be officially registered in the Parish.

Kindergarten Entrance Requirements

Health Update Form
The purpose of this form is to update and communicate any new health issues or concerns that the school nurse should be aware of

Mandatory CORI Checks
Any person who volunteers at SHS (on or off the premises) must have a criminal background check

Internet Use contract
In order for students to use the internet in school, this form must be read, signed, and returned to the school

Photo Release form
This gives the school permission to publish your child's photo on the school website or in the newspaper
